John Adler I Founder & CEO
John founded AR Bill Service in 2018 and continues to oversee all operations of the firm. John has over twenty years managing companies and continues to act as a consultant and as an investor.
Before founding AR Bill Service, John held roles in the commercial construction, business banking, and credit card processing industries.
John graduated from Wichita State University with a B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship and received an M.B.A. from The University of Texas - Austin.
Ramiro Cazar I General Manager
Ramiro manages our portfolio and underwriting process for new clients.
Before joining AR Bill Service, Ramiro worked as a general manager in a Factoring company and has also held various positions in the financial area in different companies.
He graduated as a Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Ecuador and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
Katherine Montoya I Operations
Katherine assists with the day-to-day operations of AR Bill Service.
Before joining AR Bill Services, Katherine held positions in commercial sales management at Xerox Corporation and in business banking at Banco Popular.
Katherine graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Economics. She also holds a degree in advertising from the Universidad Tecnologica Equinoccial in Ecuador.
Vanesa Ibarra I Account Executive
Vanesa manages the US portfolio and contributes to the underwriting and onboarding processes for new clients, internal audits, and credit decisions. Vanesa is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Before joining AR Bill Service, Vanesa worked as an administrative consultant in Mexico.
Vanesa graduated from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico, with a B.A. in Administration and Business Strategy; and has a minor in Strategic Consulting.
Annabell Pillajo I Account Executive
Annabell manages AR Bill Service’s treasury department. and contributes to the customer support and portfolio servicing department, providing a high level of service and satisfaction.
Before joining AR Bill Service, Annabell worked in Jimenez Corp, a Hardware Store in Ecuador.
Annabell graduated from Universidad de Guayaquil in Ecuador with a B.A. in Business & Management.
Vicky Guzman I Account Executive
Vicky manages AR Bill Service’s customer support. Vicky is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Before joining AR Bill, Vicky supervised Telefonica’s Cellular Customer Service Department and founded a software development company in Ecuador.
Vicky graduated from the Army Polytechnic School with a B.A. in Commercial Engineering and has a diploma in Strategic Marketing Management.
